No hand towels on first day, and no face towels were provided on the second day. Wished there were more cloth hangers privided. No tea spoon was provided.

Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Knowing that there were 3 guests, only 2 towels were provided. TV channels are extremely limited. The rooms are spacious and clean though. The food at the restaurant was not tasty. They mixed up the order even after the wait time was so long. The shuttle has limited space and first come first serve and the timings are pretty odd. Pick up time from legoland is 5pm even though park is open till 6pm. We went on a long weekend, and found it impossible to find a Grab car from Legoland. Luckily we caught the CM7 bus that takes you till the hotel.
