This is an affordable stay and if you are on a budger but still able to enjoy all that paris has to offer within walkable or quick uber distance...laundry and market on the same street was very convenient and helpful staff.

Room, bathroom, and elevator are small. The room was not ready for us at check-in time. Although the day staff was helpful and attentive, one of the night staff was downright rude, making my mother cry by telling her that her daughter was "not a nice person" (because I had complained to my mother about the call that the front desk routed to our room first thing in the morning waking me up unnecessarily early on our last full day).

I did not gave a problem with the hotel itself. The BIG PROBLEM has to do with the fact thatvwhen booking, there is the option to pay immediately or upon arrival. If you choose to pay upon arrival, SURPRISE - IT COSTS 65 EUROS MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE!!

This hotel is in very poor condition. It's very very very tired. It's not well maintained at all. The rooms are not very nice and they are small. Beds are really uncomfortable. Yes it's not too expensive but it's really not worth the savings. It's not a pleasant place to stay in. The breakfast isn't good either. Not worth the price. On the plus side, the staff is nice and helpful, and the location is great (with restaurants, bars, and transport nearby). But the hotel is a dive.
