We spent 3 weeks in Europe and Lancaster Hotel was by far one of the best ones. Everything from the service to the little details in our room were top notch. The staff was super helpful and kind. Organized our travel to and from the airport. Everything was super clean and loved the bed. So comfortable. Great location. Walked quite a bit and loved every minute of it. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely gorgeous parisian hotel. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Paris in the near future. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is super clean, housekeeping services is beyond expectations. Hotel conveniently located within walking distance of Arc de triumph, there are many shops and cafes around. Rooms are beautiful, beds are very comfortable. We stayed there to celebrate birthdays and was pleasantly surprised with all the extras and special attention from hotel staff. Definitely a 5 star rating

Excellent one night stay in Paris!
I have no words to describe how wonderful the staff at the Lancaster Hotel were. On arrival we were welcomed by Eric at the reception and the team. They were so helpful and accommodating. We were also upgraded to a bigger suite which was the stuff of dreams. We had a magical stay at this hotel and will definitely be back next time in Paris. From the reception to the restaurant to the door staff, everyone was friendly. It was a very special trip that we will remember for years to come.

My new favorite hotel in Paris. Not only is the hotel beautiful, well kept, and in the best location, but the staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. I was there for work for a week and my husband decided to join me for the weekend, we had been to Paris before so didn’t make any plans and just relied on the concierge - who made sure we had reservations at some very cool places every single night. Overall, amazing stay and highly recommend.
