The hotel is in a great location, and the staff is very kind. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures — very cozy and comfortable, with a small balcony and a bathroom that, although tiny, had everything we needed. The breakfast was decent, even though it was served on the underground floor.
The main issue during our stay was the temperature of the room, which was far too warm. We arrived at night and were too tired to go back downstairs and ask the receptionist for help with adjusting the heating, so we ended up sleeping with the windows open. Unfortunately, since the room faced a busy street, the noise kept us awake almost all night. The next morning, we asked to have the heating turned off, and they told us they had done so, but over the following two nights, we still had to sleep with the windows open and continued to have trouble sleeping because of the noise.
