This property is not a luxurious hotel. Its in the middle of a two strip clubs with sex toy shops everywhere. The room was decorated like a 1980's.hotel The bathroom doors are glass so no privacy. The sofa beds were the most uncomfortable beds i ever slept on. Kitchen had no cooking spoons no bottle opners and pots were old and scratched up. The staff was very nice . Once there we didnt feel unsafe , once you walked about 150 meters away from the hotel you were out of the sex neighborhood. andkitchen utensils

Best option for an apartment hotel in Paris
Great apartment hotel. The staff are excellent- friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size for Paris standards and value is brilliant. I’ve been to Paris about 15 times and this is the best option we’ve found in terms of quality and price when needing extra space with a young child. Only downside is the area isn’t ideal for kids, but if they are very young, it’s totally fine.

The location of the property was great, a walk into central Paris, good access to Montmartre and restaurants away from the tourist places. The apartment was OK, very tired, Staff were excellent. The bathroom however was disaster - leaking water sprays under the sink (which you could tell they tried to repair) and the layout of the shower is a safety issue because the whole bathroom was we and slippery after the smallest of showers. Really let the total experience down

Hotellet ligger på en rätt busy gata med flera sex shops. Men bara ett kvarter bort är det otroligt mysigt med restauranger och butiker. Nära metron och att gå in till city. Bra värde för pengarna i Paris.

We stayed four people in the Deluxe suite, two adults and our two teenage kids. The upside of the hotel is that it is situated well, close to the Metro and a grocery store and that the main bed in the room was comfortable. The kitchen, situated in the very tiny "living room", was OK as well. However, that doesn´t match the downside of this facility. We have travelled a lot and this is not a 4 star hotel. I know you get what you pay for, and this hotel is fairly cheap and have room for 4 persons, but that doesn´t mean it matches the 4 star rating; - The Wi-Fi didn´t work at all during the whole visit - There was a constant very bad smell in the room, unclear what it was but may have been marijuana (as some other reviewer has stated) - The sofa bed was almost impossible to sleep in, worn down and very bad quality - The elder concierge came out as very agressive and rude in his approach. He told obvious lies about the statistics of tourist attractions to sell in some boat trip he had provision on. In addition, recommended lunch restaurants he had never visited (and of course, one were we would have free limoncello if we mentioned his name). A word of advise is to read the room and be friendly without being agressive (and also stick to the truth). Not all guests like such approach. Unfortunately, all of the above soured our experencience of this hotel, hence we won´t recommend it.

Where to begin? Amazing boutique Apartment hotel. Quintessential Paris for the room decor. We had a 1bd 1 ba with a kitchen. Perfect for the 3 of us. Fabio our main front desk contact. Fabio was more of a Concierge. He is a wealth of knowledge! Not spending time to talk with Fabio is a mistake. My wife, Mom and myself loved our stay here and I would definitely stay here again. Minutes from the the Metro stop, restaurants, shops, and bakeries everywhere! Monoprix is across the street and is a great store for groceries and sundries. I didn't have any issues with area, some more conservative people may be concerned with some of the store fronts/businesses on the street though. The area was very clean and bustling! 5 stars for Fabio and the staff at the BeYou!!!

Will stay again in this best value hotel
Excellent deal with big spacious rooms with sofa and kitchen. Very accessible location as a Blance Station is a 2 minute walk. Hotel staff Jorjie kindly placed our luggage in our room as our room became available. Hotel staff Fabio's excellent service and information to guests made our stay so comfortable and easy.
