Dirty Hotel
This was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at on this current trip. I wouldn’t have stay if I had not arrived so late. I walked into the room and was greeted by baby roaches. The bathroom smelled of wet rotting would. The mattress was a 4-5 inch piece of foam on a board. They claim to be a no frills hotel, I’m fine with no frills, but I don’t consider being clean a drill.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We arrived a day late, around 4/5 am, he said that they asked him to cancel the booking but he didn't as he knew we were coming from far. That was really nice of him. The bed was not comfortable, the bathroom was very tiny. The bed sheets were clean, but they were smelly, I don't know why.

i felt very safe as there was a closed gate that you needed proper access to get in. The room was small and not ready for us when we got there. no shower curtains and a clogged sink. there are no drawers to store clothes needs to ask for an iron. there was no ironing board. No close public transportation. No close fine dining restaurants and there were no hot drinks offered with breakfast.

simple enough :)
The hotel was in a quiet area with buses to take you to stations. It was a very simple room with no extras. Nice for a trip where you all you do is sleep in the hotel and spend most of the day out

After been treated horrible at the Premiere Classe Rossiy Villeointe Parc des exposition expedia & B&b did they best to look after. The only down fall was getting a public transport into paris.

I wish I had something nice to say about this hotel . It was a terrible experience , everything was dirty and smelled like mold . There’s no toiletries and the “breakfast” if you can call it that it’s just croissants and cold coffee also expired yogurt .They charged my card twice and when it was brought up with management all they said was call your bank they did not try to even look for a solution. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost .

I liked that breakdaat was served every morning. However the same thing was served every morning with not much variety.There was no choice of boiled egg or fried egg, ham or sausage, apples or banana or oranges, just one choice of cereal & also no choice of milk if you had allergies to diary products. We were in unit 4 and people were smoking on the steps and so the corrider was smelling of smoke for the first few days but after we complained the staff rectified things (thats was really great & we thank them for that). The last complaint is that we were given a room further away from our children but families should never be seperated, especially if they booked the rooms together.

Upon arrival myself and my partner were greeted by friendly reception, given a room number and code, went to the room tried code and didn’t work- then someone opened the door and had already been assigned the room ( embarrassing for us) then went to reception no apology and got another room (next door to the previous ) Sink in room was broken - plug stuck shut, whole tap was moving, several spiders in bathroom, USB port next to bed did not work, paid for ‘all you can eat breakfast ‘ no one checked this so could have got it for free, small selection of pastries and hardly any cooked breakfast , no hot water for tea to be made. Overall room was okay comfy bed convenient for Paris but not that great

I booked the hotel on Orbitz and pre-paid for the room. When I checked in, I was told by the desk staff that I hadn't pre-paid and that I was required to pay for the room at that time. I later checked my Orbitz account and saw that I had paid for the room and was changed twice for it...once by Orbitz and then by the hotel. I spoke to the front desk person the next morning and explained what had happened. I was told that she would speak with the manager about it and I was asked to send the hotel a copy of my bank statement showing the duplicate room charge. The charge made by the hotel was never removed. I then contacted Orbitz. They contacted the hotel repeatedly without success. They never answered the phone or the front desk person didn't speak English. Eventually, Orbitz gave up and provided me with a refund after I spend nearly 2 hours on the phone with them. This was not a positive experience at all! My other issue with the hotel... The room we were given (313) was very run down and dirty. When we arrived in the room for the first time, we found the window open. It couldn't be closed because one of the hinges was broken which prevented it from being closed. The bathroom was dirty. The sink was moldy around the edges where the basin meets the wall. The same goes for the shower. The walls in the room were also dirty. I found what appeared to be a booger someone had wiped on the wall that the cleaning staff had failed to remove...nice. What a dump. Don't stay here. It
