“Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno e abbia trovato una struttura decisamente cambiata. Servizio hotel sempre buono, camera pulita, parcheggio comodo, anche se la comunicazione non è stata all' altezza di un tempo, con richiesta di informazioni avvenuta via mail alla quale non ho ricevuto risposta, ho dovuto chiamare al telefono e mi ha risposto un messaggio registrato che diceva di comunicare via whatsapp, cosa strana e di sicuro non professionale. Arrivati sul posto abbiamo trovato un' atmosfera……

“Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately weather did not cooperate and Chioggia being mostly a beach town we found it difficult to stay occupied after the first day. Will have to come back during the summer ☀️”

“Ein gutes Hotel, die Lage direkt am Strand nur durch eine Straße entfernt, ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, jedoch hätte ich mir mehr saisonale und regionale Produkte gewünscht. Leider sind frische Säfte nur gegen einen Aufpreis zu erhalten. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Bequeme Betten und ein ordentliches Bad. Natürlich ist das Hotel nicht das neueste, aber dennoch sehr gut gepflegt. Was……

“We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! ”

“It’s a good hotel with nice breakfast.”

“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”
