"Great hotel. The location was fantastic - about a 10min walk (with kids) from the Eiffel Tower. Close to restaurants and a MonoPrix. Loved their water bar with free still and sparkling water. The breakfast was also great with something for everyone. The rooms are a bit tired but nothing major and they are comfortably appointed. Only mini complaint I would have is the EXTREMELY rude man at the omelet bar. He got the orders of multiple people wrong and was accusatory and obnoxious as if we made him get it wrong. Happened on three out of four days we were there. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that has gone over and above to make the guests fell important and welcome , the appearance , and the quality of the material that has been used to build this hotel are the best. Our room on the sixth floor had a partial view of the Eifel Tower , and the room was large and absolutely beautiful. I can not say enough about this place."

"The hotel is nice and very well located. The room is controlled with a tablet which is cool. The way the bed is placed is a bit inconvenient if you are two as one side is stuck to the wall. Breakfast is good. Common areas are also nice. The staff is extremely friendly."

"I was little skeptical choosing the property as there were few negative comments on review but I decided to try it anyway. I was nicely surprised as almost everything was perfect. Additionally adding free sparkling water on request was nice benefit ( although one male worker ( longer hair) was upset at female worker who refiled my bottle with sparkling water and was screaming/ talking with raised voice, at her in French and I hope this should be addressed , it was on 12/25/24 in the evening ) .Breakfast was good but I really missed some veggies such as cucumber or tomato or lattice, but my daughters did enjoy fresh and hot baked buns. Also Expedia does not show information that You have to request parking so there was no parking when I arrived but they did find it next morning. other than this ,room, bathroom, lobby , location and staff is perfect ! "

"There's so much to do. Food is fantastic at Mayo. My view of Paris was wonderful. I could see the Eiffle tower. Staff is friendly and helpful "
