"This was a lovely place to stay after the long flight to Tahiti. The room was immaculate, air conditioning was robust, and furnishings were comfortable. The owner was extremely nice: she picked us up at the airport and drove us less than 5 minutes to the Lodge. Breakfast ($20)was delicious but overly large-a nice splurge for your first day, but not worth it otherwise. I would definitely stay here again--it is a convenient and pleasant place to recover from your flight and launch your French...

"We stayed in Villa Tamanu for one of the nights during our honeymoon, and wished we would have stayed there the whole time. We loved the privacy and all the space. There were kayaks and the villa was right off the water. The pool and outdoor atmosphere was very relaxing. We would definitely stay there again."

"very lovely property , very nice owners who are very attentive. only complaint is that a car is required to go for lunch and dinner. the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable set amongst gardens and a view."

"Perfect location to see all of Tahiti. We went to see surfing At Teahupo’o and stayed in this town with a grocery store and restaurants. Once the upstairs kitchen is complete it will be a perfect gem. "

"Okay place to stay. My room had lots of traffic noise from cars, trucks, motorcycles, scooters. The property is on a main Street in Papeete. I stayed five nights. The sheets were not charged. Only one time the two bath towels were changed. The AC worked good. The shared kitchen was always hot. No AC in the kitchen. It's is a 25 minute walk from the ferry boat and cruise ship pier. To far to walk with large heavy suitcases. You have to pay for a taxi. There is lots of street parking very close to...

"My wife and I had the honour and pleasure of staying at Fare Manta for our honeymoon. A new establishment, the story of how Stephane and Natalie moved and built their Home and B&B was very nice. There was a delicious breakfast with breads, fresh fruits, coffee/tea juices every morning. There was something a bit different each morning (some even home made!), which was a pleasant surprise! "There is a steep hill up to the property and once your @ the parking spot, you must hike a bit more to get to the rental. Nice pool, very clean property! Owners reprimanded teenagers for playing ball in the pool, so I would have to assume that this property prefers adults over kids. Entrance to property is not well marked (but neither is any other property on Moorea!). "

"What a great find! Beachfront property with a excellent view (although the beach was somewhat rocky)! "Poe" (property mgr) was a kind soul and was always there if we needed anything. King bed downstairs and singles in the upstairs loft. This property doesn't have A/C, so it does get somewhat warm during the day, but the Pacific breeze cools the space at night. Good value for the money!"

"Very good location, clean, convenient to the ferry terminal to Mo'orea, food trucks, market, and downtown shopping."

"It was just as described in the heart of Papeete. So convenient to the market, town, historical sites and we loved the Shell station and convenient store that was a life safer for snacks, ice, basic groceries and the delicious French bread we enjoyed daily. After we adjusted to the area we were very happy with the choice and value. We were 1/2 block from the Tahiti Nui Hotel. Communication and instructions were great especially considering it was our first trip to Tahiti. Thank you so much."
