「 This house was great for our family trip to Hilo. We had 2 adults and 2 kids, one kid slept on a pull-out couch in the living room and was very comfortable. The house was very nice and clean. The hosts were communicative and answered any questions we had promptly. The house is a little outside Hilo, but it was an easy drive and is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend this house for a family looking for a nice, comfortable, safe place to stay in the Hilo area.」

「Beautiful house from the mid-1930’s filled with wonderful artifacts and Hawaiiana. Nice kitchen area for in home cooking - pots pans rice cooker etc- Comfynooks for relaxing- great wrap around deck with lounge chairs and a dining table! The garden is lush and creative. There are many cocqui frogs at night so if that bothers you, there is even ears plugs! Our only negative was that due to a plumbing issue my husband could not soak in the tub (for his degenerative disk) altho the shower worked...

「Beautiful location, large unit. No AC, but it wasnt uncomfortable at night. The init wasnt as nicely decorated as other places but that worked for us since we were traveling with our one year old daughter. The grounds were gorgeous though! 」
