“Stunning apartment with a beautiful balcony and wonderful view to the acropolis, which you can also see from your bed! We stayed in the penthouse suite, which had a jacuzzi on the balcony, a lift directly to the room and easy access to the communal roof terrace, making it feel as though the whole floor was ours. Everything from the linens on the bed, to the crockery and cutlery was exquisite. I would have liked a cafetière, as I’m not keen on nespresso machine coffee, but that was a minor……

“Overall the apartment is nice and clean, and the location is great with some good, local restaurants around. Note that some of the rooms are basement rooms and might be damp. Only thing I would point out is that the first day when we got picked up from the airport we negotiated a $38 price but the driver couldn't find a parking spot and charged us $5 on top.”

“The staff here were so helpful and welcoming. Had plenty of advice to give on the local area and were able to provide towels and irons where needed. Hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and quiet for a restful nights sleep. The roof top pool is small but an excellent way to cool off or relax after a day catching the sights!”

“沐浴居然無擋水，沐浴完畢整個浴室地台會全濕，非常不方便。而最糟糕的是我放在行李箱內的現金HKD2000會被偷去，酒店方面承諾跟進，但我回家差不多已一星期還未收到回覆。在酒店遇到小偷，而且我肯定是酒店員工做的。奉勸準備入住這酒店的朋友，務必小心。”

“The Ark Residence was a fantastic property as a base for us to enjoy Athens from. We were walking distance to almost all of the attractions on our list including the Acropolis (including museum), the Agora, the Plaka, the National Museum just to name a few; and we were walking distance to the excellent metro system that took us to Piraeus on the coast. There were numerous restaurants close by and shops were everywhere! The property room itself was very spacious, clean, safe, and had excellent……

“Property was exactly as described and in a perfect location! Plakka neighborhood and steps from the Acropolis Museum. The owner, Takis, had excellent communication and extremely helpful. We used his transfer service from the airport which brought us right to the door. Check in instructions were easy. We were only there for one night but it was perfect for my family of 4. ”
