Milton Evacuates
Needs a SUPER DEEP clean, real glassware, new patio chairs, pots & pans. Some rent a condo and do cook. It would be better to charge a little more than to rent a place that’s sparse and filthy. You have to wear socks the carpet is disgusting and crunchy. I bought my own cleaning supplies but it really needs a serious gloves on DEEP SCRUB. We did appreciate the early check in as we were fleeing from Hurricane Milton after being hit by Helene.

4th of July Beach vacation
Check in was very easy, code provided for access. House was very clean and as pictured. Location to the beach was great, less than a 5 minute walk. Loved having 3 bathrooms, easy for everyone to get ready. I would suggest owner stock the kitchen a little better. No pizza pan, can opener, or cookie sheet of any kind. Also, cleaning company did not leave extra paper towels or toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. Only downside to area was that it was a busy street with lots of noise. Regular traffic would have been fine, but lots of cars/bikes with loud music and loud engines, all night. Maybe it was just busier since it was a holiday week, but hard to sleep if not use to it. Other than that, location was great, close to everything, including St. Andrew's State Park, which has a great lagoon area for safe swimming.

Review
We stayed a week with my family. Within hours of my children walking on the floor their feet was black. There was dirty sheets left for the pull out sofa. One of the pillows had blood on it. One spactula to use and it was broken. Door frame to front door was broken making it hard to shut and lock the door. No pot holders. Dog hair was everywhere. Shower head was caked with black stuff as well as tub. The location is great, but this home has not been properly taken care of. Even the kitchen trash can and holder was corroded with a brown substance and it had a fishy odor. I definitely do not want to come on vacation and have to do a deep clean. Our children couldn’t even play on the floor it was so disgusting.
