Great location right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Property could use a few updates and repairs. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this property.

Deteriorating

This is the real person who rented this property last week of August 2024! The property management company put a review in my name and gave a great review…here is the real deal…. Dirty, moldy, ants, roaches, broken windows with bandages as repair, all floor tiles broken, holes in walls, dirty pool, dog hair in tubs …. Needs about 100,00 in renovations .. request current pics before you rent and waste 5,000 on scum… yes the location is the bomb that’s the ONLY SAVIOR

Great place to stay

Very spacious house and backyard. Clean. Separate buildings with living quarters in both. Very comfortable and useful Outdoor amenities. The house floor plan was open and accommodating for a large group interaction. Had activities for the guests to occupy their time. Close the some of the best restaurants.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a week. Place couldn’t be any cleaner upon check in, and couldn’t recommend anymore. Great place on the beach, close to all local attractions.

After Christmas Vacation

Perfect location for those who wanted activities and night life as well as those who wanted slower down time. We were on the beach daily as well as the shopping area close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Beach house

We love the sea ease beach house. This was our 2nd time staying here. The house has been renovated since our 1st stay, and it is even nicer. We hope to make it back next year.

Amazing!!

We absolutely loved the location of this property!! Walking distance to everything! Right on the beach and across from Pier Park! The hot tub was a hit every morning and evening! The house was clean and the management was great!! Such a wonderful week! Will be returning next year!!!

Wonderful trip

This is an older home but it has a lot of character. The location of this property is excellent and within walking distance to Pier Park. We loved the openness of this home. Very spacious and the views from the livingroom are spectacular. A great time was had by all.

Spring Break

We had a great time at this place. The house was a little run down and needed some TLC but that didn’t stop us from having fun. It’s in a great location close to everything too. The beach was great and not packed at all. If you’re looking for good college spring break this is the place you want to have !

Sea Ease- home PCB

In the beginning we had a few issues, but were able to get it straightened out. Due to the lack of access to the pool and hot tub and a few other things, we were given an extra day. That was greatly appreciated! We hated to leave today.

Great location! Has everything you need.

This property couldn't be in a better location to enjoy the beach, shopping, and eating out. As stated in other reviews, there is a lot of maintenance and remodeling that could improve the place, but that is easily overlooked when considering the positive features of the place. We had room for everyone to sleep in a bed, plenty of bathrooms, and adequate indoor and outdoor seating. It was also a plus to bring our dogs. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

The location of the place was perfect. Walkable to many amenities including Pier Park. The view can’t be beat! The place was also very spacious and we had plenty of room for our family of 10. The only reason I took one star of this the place really could use some maintenance but that did not hinder our stay at all. I just agree with some of the other reviews that state if you are looking for a 5 star resort you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for a perfect location to walk every where with great views and have a large group this is it!
