So relaxing and local
My host Jacqueline was super responsive and communication was great. She speaks English which made it much easier. She also arranged transportation…. She picked me up herself lol. The place is amazing but not good for anyone that’ struggles with stairs. The place has plenty of room and I slept like a baby in the bed. There are roosters that crow around 530 as just an fyi. There are all the necessary utensils and I cooked everyday. The local market and supermarket are within 20 mins walk. The apartment is close to the lake and 30 min walk to the nature preserve. The Wi-Fi was great and I was able to conduct video calls. The apt supplied filtered water for cooking and drinking. I am going to use this spot again.
