Todo, desde las instalaciones hasta el servicio, es de una calidad excepcional. La comida es deliciosa y variada, siempre con opciones para todos los gustos. La limpieza de las habitaciones y de las áreas comunes es impecable, lo que realmente demuestra el cuidado y la atención que tienen hacia sus huéspedes. Lo que realmente hace especial este hotel es su personal. Cada uno de los empleados que conocí fue amable, educado y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Quiero felicitar especialmente a Jesús, Israel, Jorge, Alejandro, Armando, Iracema, Omar, Kevin y muchos otros que hicieron mi estadía aún más especial. Su profesionalismo, responsabilidad y calidez humana son admirables. Una mención especial para la celebración de Año Nuevo que organizaron: fue simplemente espectacular e inolvidable. La dedicación y el esfuerzo que pusieron en cada detalle hicieron que la experiencia fuera mágica. Estoy totalmente impresionada con la calidad de los servicios en este hotel, y sin duda regresaré pronto. The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make every corner feel like a postcard moment. The grounds are immaculate, and the serene ambiance truly makes it a paradise getaway. The service at the pools was exceptional, and we want to give a special shout-out to Adan, Felix, Christian, and Angel, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor added so much to our experience. We were also fortunate to attend the New Year’s Eve event, which was impeccably organized with incredible attention to detail. Antonio’s warm and professional service stood out and made the night even more memorable. Additionally, we dined at Zao Shene, where Antonio once again provided phenomenal service, making the meal an unforgettable culinary experience. Another highlight was our dinner at Fellini’s. Bartolo was outstanding—his knowledge of the menu, impeccable service, and genuine kindness elevated our evening. It was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Every staff member we encountered contributed to the incredible experience. Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is a gem, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!"

"Of all the resorts we have stayed at in Mexico, this one was by far the best. The food is amazing, chef Alejandro is fantastic. Norma in guest relations went above and beyond. Sergio, Oscar, and Miguel all were so attentive and welcoming, in addition to the rest of the staff. They take the time to learn your name, dietary restrictions, and go above and beyond to make the guests feel special. "

It was very much a treat to stay here, I felt very safe & the staff was very friendly (housekeeping walked in unannounced 2x)… I was extremely impressed with the room service & Cilantro’s food & service was also exceptional!! -by far the best food on my tour of Baja. My only heads up is you are not able to add tip to service bill: be sure to bring cash. "
