Fantastic apartment & location
Loved our stay in Palma, Mayka's apartment is in a great location, close to restaurants, bars and the main shopping area. A short walk to the marina & cathedral. We had a great St.Patrick's night at The Shamrock bar,. Would highly recommend staying here for a fabulous weekend.

Lovely place, great area!
The place was as expected, some small technical details would need a bit of attention but for the rest everything was perfect! What we really appreciated was the presence of enough toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and washing powder and all kind of spices. The kutschen was super well equipped !

Perfekt for a Citytrip
The appartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was nice and friendly. So was check-in. The apartment is located close to the major attractions of Palma, most of it in walking distance. Shops, bars and restaurants are in close proximity. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the appartment.

Central & convenient
Some tweaks to improve the score -include 1.Telephone entry system needs repair-door bell not working so later guests only let in my mobile alert and 1st guest going down to let them in. 2. Additional set of keys for 3 individual guests would have been helpful. 3. Bath mats & tea towel or clean dish washing cloth or wipes would be helpful for keeping kitchen clean.

Smaller than expected
It’s a bit smaller than I expected, decorations are modern, but place itself could be better with a bit more effort. We had to go buy dish soap, napkins, toiletries, hand soap, toilet paper. Front door is a struggle to open because of the lock being very tricky.

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung, aber der Fahrstuhl im Haus ist eine Zumutung. Zudem wurden wir über Mitbewohner im Haus darüber informiert, dass Ferienwohnungen in Mehrfamilienhäusern illegal sind

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Das gesamte Zentrum von Palma ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
