Great stay!
We had a great experience with this property! It’s in a great location in Palm Desert. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked… not the most up to date decor but it was very comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were a bonus! We hope to stay here again!

This was our 3rd time at this property. We like it & are very comfortable there as evidenced by 3 visits. Only drawback this year other than the weather was that the hot tub was not working at any time during our visit.

Wonderful experience. Slight glitch with the entry system but quickly remedied. Scrupulously clean! Great view, lots of light, fully equipped and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Location is good but so is anything in Palm Desert. Pool is close and property manager is responsive and very helpful. However the inside is way over it’s past due date. Everything is tired. Furniture, bedding, kitchen, bathrooms and everything in between needs some serious attention. Desert Falls is an adequate community but I would encourage you to find a unit in better condition.

Awesome place to stay in the desert
Everything was great from check in to check out. The condo is well stocked. More than any we have ever stayed at. Extra coffee, spices, sugar, oil/vinegar, mustard, mayo and on and on. Including enough paper towels, toilet paper, saran wrap and foil for the entire week. Pat, the property manager was SO responsive. We can't say enough good things about her. Unfortunately, the prices for Desert Falls have really gone up in the past couple of years. This is definitely a consideration when booking for the future.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The management service was not responsive. The windows were very dirty and so was the outside furniture. The unit could use more attention. Have stayed in DF several times and these beds were the worst of any. Thank you

Relaxing oasis in the desert
The apartment is very comfortable. Well furnished for four people. People have been kind enough to leave useful non-perishables, such as spices and condiments. That was a nice touch. The pool is very nice and just a few steps away. The neighbors are friendly.

location for us was great. Main shower for older folks was a death trap with icy slick sunken tub bottom with no grab rails. This should be fixed NOW. Condo was otherwise great, well equipped and average cost for location

Great desert stay
Instructions, directions, amenities, & accommodations were all excellent. 2BR/2BA condo was easy to find, security gate personnel were friendly. Condo was filled with nice furniture and everything else one would need for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes from the Indian Wells tennis facility so we got a nice, close-in parking spot.

Property was easy to find, easy to enter, and was extremely well-equipped. Two bedroom unit was spacious and immaculate. Gated entry made for a particularly safe and quiet environment. We enjoyed our stay while attending the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. Lots of restaurants and stores close by and owner provided convenient instructions for everything.

Cozy and cute place
The house was nice and comfortable, done areas were not cleaned though, the outdoor deck/balcony, table and chairs were dusty, it wasn’t covered and the table umbrella wasn’t attached, the grill wasn’t cleaned. That’s why we couldn’t use the outdoors, which was one of the reasons that we rented this place. But overall we liked and recommend it to families and friends. But the cleaning fee was really high considering it wasn’t that clean.

Clean and quiet desert condo
The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Very close to the pool and had a garage. Only issue was one of the bikes had a busted tire so we could not go for a ride.

Clean, pleasant, quiet. No toilet paper upon arrival so bring a roll. Unclear if bed covering was clean prior to our arrival. Unclear if we should include bed covering in the laundry pile. Or if the bed covering was decorative. Difficult to find extra linens but managed to go search and look to be sure we had used just clean linens yet. Toilet flapper in main bathroom needs to be replaced. The toilet will run after the flush. The patio Furniture cover needs to be replaced completely deteriorating from weather. Living room screen doors living room screen door near handle needs replaced large hole opening from use for bugs to enter. Otherwise very quiet very pleasant very clean and very close to the pool. We did enjoy our stay. Be mindful of the stairs be mindful of the stairs. They are rather steep going up and down.

Vacation even though tennis cancelled
My daughter & I decided to keep our plan to come to Palm Desert even though tennis was cancelled. We had a very nice, relaxing vacation and did things we don’t normally do in that area. Tried a couple new awesome restaurants. Felt bad for wait staff due to low number of diners. I tipped more than usual to support these places. Condo was perfect. Hope to return.

Excellent Property
I have stayed in this villa multiple times in the past few years, to get away from the hectic life of Los Ángeles. My favorite part of the villa is how clean and modern it looks. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is right in the unit. You can enjoy cable television in the living room. If you have cut your cord, you can sign into your favorite streaming channels like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu etc. The Country Club is walking distance from the villa. You can enjoy a golf game there. The restaurant servers very delicious cuisine. There are two bicycles in the villa if you don’t feel like taking a walk. The pool is just behind the villa, you can swim, read a book or just relax and listen to music on your phone or tablet. Overall the estate is very quiet. I highly recommend this villa for short and long term stays. Happy relaxation!
