Great Location
Beautiful sunset from the balcony Condo was extremely dirty, and I had to hire a cleaning company to clean mold, grime throughout kitchen cabinets & drawers, floors throughout need scrubbing! Mold in both bathrooms😩 Furnishings need updating The pools and views are lovely. The grounds are spectacular! I left the condo’s condition cleaner than how I found it!

Great location but in need of updating
Cinnamon Beach is a great location in which to stay in. The amenities in the community are wonderful! Lots of great restaurants nearby. Although at first glance our unit seemed clean, we had some issues with mold especially in the master bath. Furnishings were older and in need of updating, and not as comfortable for our long term stay. The kitchen was well stocked but again certain things needed replacement.

Amazing home!!!
I was incredibly pleased with this vacation rental. The rental was way bigger than it appeared in the pictures. It very easily accommodated my family of seven. The room was very clean. It was within walking distance of both pools. The beach was right across the street. Inside the rental, they had everything we needed. The kids mentioned some thing about the Wi-Fi being somewhat slow but I did not have any issues. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio overlooking a pond. The community surrounding this rental was also very beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Nice location, could be cleaner
Check in was great, space was roomy and perfect for our needs. My biggest complaint was questionable cleanliness. Every ac vent was VERY dusty, so much there was dust on the ceiling by every vent. The bathrooms had mold in the shower- both on the door in the primary and on the shower curtain in the 2nd. The large wonderful porch was nice but it very clean, including the bucket with a dirty mop— if the floor were mopped with that mop— eww.

Disappointed
We were disappointed because in two other occasions, 2017 and 2018, we stayed in building 1100 and were extremely pleased. We were not expecting that this building was being painted and had scaffolding on both sides which obstructed the view.. Furthermore unit 954 clearly is not as well kept as others. The hallway and all traffic area carpet is warn out work and looked like it had grime in dirt. The pots and pans have all the Teflon chipped and burned so were not useable. We had to purchase disposables to cook. The flatware was thin and cheap and insufficient quantity, the sliding glass door would not lock. The dishwasher Detergent dispenser does not open during the cycle. We supply pictures of the carpet, pots and pans and poor view.

It’s spacious and looked clean, however, there’s a roach problem and the spider went all over the balcony not cool. Please fix it and we might consider coming back and telling our friends and family about you.

Family trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We had to make a last minute change of plans due to hurricane and tropical storm but werre not disappointed in our selection! The only recommendations I have is that the vents and ceiling fans could have been cleaned. Probably wouldn't have bothered most people but when you have family members with allergies it can be a problem...that's why I gave cleanliness a 4, otherwise the unit was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked but could use some newer cookware! I really appreciate the property manager being so prompt in delivering more towels to our unit! Overall, this was a 5 star vacation for our family!

Great spacious condo!
Great location. Quiet. We only got to spend 2 nights here but very easy check in, condo was clean, and very spacious. Kitchen had all the amenities. The community pool and grill was only a 5 min walk. Beach is right across the street. Balcony off the back overlooked a lake with a lot of wildlife. Perfect for our family of 5 but could easily accommodate more. I would recommend or stay again.

Family New Years Eve celebration close to St Augustine
Great condo. We just had 5 adults and one 2 year old and we had plenty of room. Very well decorated condo. Had a very minor issues and were promptly addressed and fixed and even given a $100. Refund for the inconvenience. Management company was Vacasa and would definitely look for more properties with them. This condo less than 30 minutes from St Augustine and definitely cheaper than St Augustine.

Nice Place
Very spacious & clean, had everything we needed. Elevator was close to room, pool and beach about a 5 minute walk. Beach was very pretty and has lots of shells but has BIG rocks in the ocean! Family pool has a great splash pad :) The condo is on the 5th floor so balcony was a little nerve-wracking with small grandkids but a nice view of the lake.
