“We were bummed to find the heated pool was not working, without any communication from the property. The 3 flights of stairs to walk with kids and groceries is no joke. Our room was absolutely spotless. The layout was great for a multi generation trip. The clubhouse is not worth any added amenity, it smells very musty. We would surely stay again. ”

“Love St. Augustine and like to go south in the winter. House is very clean and in good location. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and watching the birds from the back deck. Looks pretty at night also with the lights across from the marsh. Would definitely recommend this house and would book again.”

“Fun place to stay. Definitely too small for 3 people. Outside deck is a lot smaller than pictures depict, but comfortable. Inside was well kept and clean, but we noticed a lot of the dishes were put away dirty and the cabin curtains were not secure. Be mindful of small spaces if booking, including an elevated doorway to jump into the main bed. ”

“Had a very enjoyable week at this house. The house probably needs some updating but it served us well. My kids loved the pool and it was awesome to quickly walk down to the beach. The view from the master bedroom and deck is amazing!! We loved watching the sun rise from there each morning.”

“My husband and I stayed the month of January and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I cooked more often than not and was surprised at how many pots/pans, utensils, baking dishes, etc were there. Very well equipped. “Great property, SUPER Clean and with all the amenities needed. I know I am being picky here but there were two things that would make me think about staying here again. Don't take me wrong, this property was VERY clean but, 1.- Having to put the towels in the washer and start the washer start the dishwasher and take all the sheets off all the beds on the way out as a check out process, it's a bit too much. 2.- the Knifes, OMG, I thought I was using wooded knifes! I had to buy my own at Publix……

“The property fit our needs perfectly. It was convenient to have access to washer/dryer. It was close enough to walk into St Augustine (2 mi) and very convenient to one of the beaches. Not knowing how many friends or family may have needed a place to stay, having both a trundle bed and fold out couch provided options. It’s an older home but has all the necessities. It was perfect for our stay.”
