First- We are longtime fans(mid 90s) of VRBO and this is the first time we have not been handled by the owner. Having a property manager and then, as we arrived a VIP service, was damn confusing
GOOD-*PERFECT location- best in town!- steps from fishing , dog walking, parks for our 8 yr old granddaughter. *HIGH end construction-Excellent Space, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms-the master bath was kick,** Customer Service-kudos to Ashley and Dave who cleaned our very dirty grill 15 minutes after we called after our arrival
BAD-*The Grill-see above. *Both balconies had not been cleaned of debris and dust since, I dunno, winter- a wine glass, a plastic bottle with cigarettes butts—**not exactly a well appointed kitchen-a very rusty grater, a broken butter knife- a melted plastic spatula, a dirty 4qt pot from the Hoover administration, a tea pot on the stove from the same era-with water in it-
UGLY-**the sleeper sofa seat pads are so bad it’s almost comical
** seat pads on all 6 of the dining table chairs are so dirty and stained they should be replaced**Vent fans on the microwave and the downstairs bathroom ceiling fan have not been replaced since installation
in closing———We don’t know who is actually in charge of all of these things but we left feeling bad that we left it cleaner than when we got there
