"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Be Place is a gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Trento. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our room, which featured a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back. "This was the only hotel we have ever stayed in that charged extra for the swimming pool 15 euro per person is a bit extreme. Get rid of the two comforters on the beds. Go with one large one. Much more comfortable "

"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. Unico appunto: la doccia nella camera in cui abbiamo dormito non era il massimo, mancando di una tenda o di un box doccia vero e proprio e, avendo solo il doccino e non il soffione, è risultata un po’ scomoda.
