“It took me a little bit to access the property because the address is not easily accessible from the street. Once I accessed the property everything went well except for the WiFi. I could not access WiFi during my entire stay. Other than that the property is very clean and walking distance from both the main bus and train stations. “Instructions were fine. We had some problems to find to underground garage, but got help immediately. Apartment was lovely and spacious. There was everything we needed and more. 2 bathrooms was luxury. View was amazing with hot air balloons flying on saturday morning. Some small broken things could be fixed to give more finnish to the atmosphere. And a little minus to the elevator not working all the time. Communication was perfect. ”

“訂的是有廚房的公寓。廚房跟臥室是分開的兩個空間。這樣的設計很棒，煮飯時的味道不會弄的整個房間都是。廚房很大，臥室有很多櫃子，收納很方便。每個樓層都有洗衣乾衣機，對自助旅行的人，很實用。唯一的小小缺點就是沒有電梯。扛行李箱到三樓真的是大工程。”

“Good location: halfway between the train/bus station and the old town, both within easy walking distance. Spacious room: More than adequate for single travelers. Rooms have good layout too. My room is on the second floor and there is no lift. So probably a good idea not to carry huge luggage. The only downside is that the housekeeping is not very thorough.They either forgot to replenish the shower gel/shampoo or the teabags and coffee. I stayed four nights and not once were both fully……

“Stayed in a room on the ground floor facing the road, on a quiet street so we had a good sleep. However, for the same reason, we did not open the window, with no air conditioning/circulation, the room was stuffy and need to turn on the table fan while it's zero degree outside. Shower is quite weak. Walk approx. 10 mins to town, helpful staff, provide late check in until after mid-night (but be careful late check out costs a little per room), overall is good.”

“The hotel is located near the old town. We take 15 mins taxi from airport to the hotel. And 15 mins walk to train station. The location is good. The room is tidy. But there is no installation of exhaust fan in the toilet which is not acceptable.”
