"It is great for younger guests but not for ederly couples like us. The hotel is upscale and well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. Situated at Darling Harbour. Centrally located in the CBD area. It is quite easy and not expensive to commute by taxi or uber. "

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent with convenient transportation options, and the room was quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. We particularly appreciated the two queen-size beds, which were very comfortable. However, there were a couple of aspects that we found unusual and slightly inconvenient. The bedding was not what we expected—rather than using a proper duvet cover, the blanket was wrapped in two sheets. This was something we hadn’t encountered...

"I did not like that the first two nights my sheets smelled like smoke. Then I addressed this with the staff and they told me that there is no smoking in this hotel. Which I was aware of but the other people did not get the memo. As we were walking out of our room on day 3 there was a person ready to light up her cigarette in the hallway. Cigarette in mouth. I appreciate that the staff changed my sheets."

"Friendly efficient service. Very welcoming The room was clean and comfortable. Location was very central with many food options. Decided just to graze the many choices. A little here and a little there. Made for a fun evening. I had free drink vouchers for the cidery which was a welcome stop. In the morning breakfast was included with a nice little buffet. Overall the trip was both fun and relaxing. Thank you to staff for the hospitality. "
