"The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. They had a toaster connected to an electrical extension and the breaker will not stay on. I got ill and needed to come back before. I liked Panama, people very friendly, but I know I will never...

"I loved everything about the place, the only thing was the way some staff treated us since me and my wife don’t look like the kind of people who the usually serve and we honestly don’t blame them. It is an experience we have had several times before but it doesn’t affect our experience at the place. Will definitely come back. "

"Great location, cool rooms, responsive staff, free coffee. Only complaint is that it's a loud hotel. If you stay on the second floor the rooftop bar and restaurant is above and you hear every chair scrape across the floor and I'm not a light sleeper. They moved us downstairs which was appreciated. Would stay again, but on the bottom floor."
