Perfect location for exploring coast and yowns
This is a spacious two bedroom apartment with large living room. Kitchen is well-appointed for cookware but being everything you’ll need — they only supply salt and pepper. Bedrooms are in the back away from the street but if you need quiet, earplugs may be useful. The sofa seats three adults but that’s it for comfortable seating in the living area. Good hot water and shower items supplied. Only one towel per guest so bring extras if you’ll need them. We loved the location for access to the coast and town. The cleaning fee is very high and they still ask you to load and start the dishes and strip beds —- which is pretty ridiculous. Code access is easy if you read the instructions carefully.

Great location and the unit was clean. However we had issues with the heat pump one remote did not have batteries which was an issue when trying to turn on the air conditioner. The unit only had 4 bath towels for four people for four nights. We asked for more towels no response. The communication with the property manager is awful and not up to standard for VRBO. . This has been the worst experience I have had while renting a property via VRBO.

Super-Clean Place with Great Quiet Location
This place worked out great — perfect location in Pacific Grove near restaurants, a market, and a quick walk to the coast (Lover’s Point). Parking easy on side street. Good walk to the Aquarium. We loved that it was quiet and not touristy.
