Enjoyable stay

Overall, very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the short walk to the beach. Had an issue with the dishwasher, but serviceman came promptly and resolved the situation. Lighting in the living room could be improved.

Great Beach House

Great location in Pacific City, beach access right down the road. Beautiful views of the ocean and near restaurants. Comfy beds and plenty of kitchen items. Loved the Whale room! We enjoyed our stay here.

The house was very clean, well stocked, updated furniture, new carpet, comfortable beds, awesome view from the living room balcony and even better one from the third floor whale watch room! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Wonderful Place

Great location with close beach access. Amazing views of Haystack Rock and the coast, especially from the third floor “whale watching” room, which was a huge hit with the kids. The furnishings and things like bedding and dinnerware was nicer than many locations we’ve stayed. Highly recommend this rental.

Nice accommodation for our family gathering. Only things that could be improved was a little more dish and laundry pods (we were a large group!), toilets slow to flush at times, and a disposal would be a real plus. The beach access and view are spectacular!!

Every aspect of our expectation was exceeded. Sparkling clean when we arrived. Perfect location to enjoying the adventures we had planned. I would recommend the hospitality of this property to anyone wanting to visit Pacific City Oregon and the surrounding area.

Pacific City

We have spent quite a bit of time in this area and were very familiar with the location of the house. Location was great, short walk to the beach and incredible views. Kitchen/living room area worked out great for us and the whale watching room is a great spot to chill out and relax. Honestly, the house and cleanliness were great, have nothing but good things to say about that. The only issue we had was dealing with property management company and getting timely information back. We experienced several issues with that during our stay, but I would not hold that against this property. We would stay here again and absolutely love Pacific City area.

Beach community…clean home

This home was spacious and gave all of us room to spread out. We were able to have additional friends come and hang as the gathering place for our vacation. I beach access was amazing and the kids love being able to just go hang at the beach with the closeness. The house was equipped well for large groups. We would definitely come back and stay.

Could have been cleaner

House was not as clean as should be. Limited supplies throughout, no cleaners in the kitchen, limited laundry detergent, pillows were extremely old and stained, shower was not clean, no tissues in the house. Could not find the beach towels that were supposed to be there. House was very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in, but the lack of cleanliness was a drawback.

Perfect Location

We were coming from Maryland to enjoy the OR coast with our friends from Portland. We all agreed the location was perfect and the amenities were exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved that we had a little dishwashing detergent, dish soap, TP and soaps/shampoo to get us started. Most we didn't even need to add to for our 3 nights there. Plenty of room for our two families and easy access to take advantage of the area. We had cards, books, games and puzzles. The only thing any of us had to say that was negative was that we wished the towels were a bit bigger. Ha, ha. Oh, and we needed one more night to take advantage of the ping pong table. The views really make the house. The memories of which will stay with us for many years to come.

Excellent stay!

Our group of 12 had an amazing time. This house has the best views: you can see the town and hills to the east, and the ocean to the west. Brand new grill was excellent to cook on. House was very clean. Everything was great.
