"Muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo despues de tal mala experiensa reserve un cuarto a las 11 de la noche lo hise por el internet llegue al hotel como la 1:00am no habia nadie toque timbre llame por tel.estuve como media hora afuera esperando nunca me contestaron nadie me atendio me tuve que retirarme de alli fue una desagradable experiencia no sabia que haser en medio de la noche estoy tratando de conseguir un reenbolso con ellos no se como me van a responder."

"A nice place overall, clean and decent. Be careful not to stain towels. I got charged the equivalent to 14 US dollars because I accidentally stained one bath towel. Apparently the cleaning lady makes notes while going in to your room to clean of wherever they see as a possible charge $ The day I checked like 2 minutes after I left the room the cleaning lady arrived to the desk holding a stained towel that I left in the room, is just suspicious to me how fast she got to the desk with a towel...

"I never got to stay there as my reservation wasn't accepted by the hostel because it isn't a part of hotels.com. When I contacted Hotels.com, they said they couldn't reach the owner to refund my money. So I stayed elsewhere and ended paying double what I should have."
