It’s about 15 minutes from Eastgate, and about 30 to 40 minutes from downtown Cincinnati depending on the traffic. Two gas stations, coffee in a couple of dining options in walking distance. "This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we were told that the 2nd time we were there that the bath mat was wet and left on the floor by the bed and used to clean up floor. Then he said it had to be thrown away. Mind you we didn't even know this happened and we are talking about a $3 bath mat. We were also told we were going to be charged a $35 deposit for our stay the 3rd time. He did forgo the deposit but we were not very happy."

"This house is a really big and beautiful home.My family and I had such a good time they suggested coming back this summer to also enjoy the outside. "We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."

"Very happy with our stay! Right outside of a little downtown area and the police department is across the street. It was very quiet, which we enjoy. There are two bedrooms upstairs - queen bed and twin bed. Additionally the living room has a queen sleeper inside of the couch. Plenty of dishes, towels, and anything else you would need.
