The boat being included made our vacation more fun and easier then having to do a separate boat rental. February point is beautiful. The restaurant Rusty Anchor is delicious. "location is perfect for boaters, adjacent to marsh harbor marina. directly on the beach, great views!!! spacious and clean. need to take off/replace matress covers on the two twin beds. they make too much noise to sleep on."

"This was my 3rd time to Exuma and I took my 2 teenagers for their first time. Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions quickly and were waiting for us when we arrived to show us around their wonderful property. The location is wonderful, very close to 2 grocery stores and a short distance to Georgetown. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Exuma!"
