「Tom’s beach house is a very special place: isolated, peaceful, unbeatable views, comfortable beds/bedding, gorgeous path to the beach. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked to be well-stocked with everything you would need including some oils and spices.The driveway is narrow and can be tricky, but we had no problems in our midsized SUV. The house is a funky, split level on a cliff. It is not for those with mobility issues.Bottom line, we loved everything about this house and plan to return...

「We found the unit to be " as advertised ". In excellent condition with a marvelous view and a wonderful location. Thank you for a great time. 」

「Everything about this stay was great. The house is roomy and the view couldn't be better or closer to the surf. Only two things I would comment on is that there is a 15 steps down to the house and it is rather steep. No problem with that but if you have walking or issues with legs you will have a hard time navigating the stairs. 2nd, and because I didn't read all of the amenities so had no soap or toiletries. A trip to Walgreens cured that. Otherwise it was a perfecct 3 day stay.」

「Wonderful, clean home with many thoughtful extra touches. Furniture is comfy and in great condition, oceanfront view is amazing. Lock was broken, and management responded and got it replaced so quickly. Highly impressed with everything. Best place we ever stayed in Lincoln City and we’ve stayed in many!」

「Beautiful view. Peaceful and safe for exploring because of limited car access. Lovely grounds. Pool and hot tub were great. Some electrical outlet funkiness in the kitchen. Minor thing- the pool opening at 10:00am is rough with an 11:00am check out. Especially with a kiddo who was ready to swim at 8am. Overall lovely experience. 」
