This property is wonderful for its location, proximity to a beautiful beach, and value. One thing to note is that it does not have an ocean view because the shrubs have grown up to cover the view. We were disappointed by this, given the description here. However, the studio was more like a one-bedroom apartment, and was surprisingly spacious. Although it looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 1970s, it's clean and well-maintained. Definite "vintage" vibe, but I chose it because it is pet friendly. They maintain a beautiful trail down to the ocean with plenty of grassy space, and the trees are beautiful. However, the Expedia description made no mention of the pet fee which is per pet and per night. I wasn't informed of this until I received an email a month after booking, and because the email came from Vrbo and Vacasa, and not Expedia, I assumed it was spam. The pet fee should be made clear instead of simply stating "dogs welcome" and the emails should come from Expedia when booking on Expedia, not another company entirely. Communication was therefore not great, although once I established that the Vacasa emails were indeed legitimate, those people were responsive.
