"We extended our stay from a previous reservation and everything was handled within 2 minutes with a very helpful representative. We didn't even have to leave our room. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open throughout the day during any of our stay. We attended a hockey game on New Year's Eve, hoping to return to the hotel for a drink at midnight but were disappointed to discover the bar was not open. "The room wasn't in the best condition, but it wasn't bad. It is generally clean and tidy, but the heater makes a very loud noise. The inside of the heater was so full of dust that I didn't want to turn it on, but I had no choice but to use it due to the cold weather. The staff was friendly, the surroundings were quiet, and it was nice to have a fast food restaurant that I could enjoy comfortably, but I think the heater needs maintenance."

"have stayed and returned to this hotel for many reasons. good value and close walk to amenities. onsite hot tub is a great asset. Free parking. coffee maker and mini fridge as well as a microwave in the room are great conveniences that were also included. will return."

"Everythywas great. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool and gym were good also. Breakfast was very decent and it was nice to get eggs and bacon included. Free parking also a plus. Recommend and will be back. "

"Great value close to the University of Ottawa. The rooms/apartments are modern and clean. The online check-in process is easy but if you're not tech friendly I'm sure it can be done on arrival at the front desk. No need to see anyone though as online check-in gives you a code to the building and your room. I'll be staying here again for sure. "
