"When I first got to the room the guy was very rude and said room wasn’t paid for even after I showed him my confirmation code then he said no no you gotta pay then after about 30 mins he said oh wait it’s paid for but now I need 2.00 a night for leaning but they never once cleaned the room or even asked if we needed anything h .
