This is the second time I've stayed at a Sonder hotel and I will be staying at this one again next year. I LOVED the balcony option. The room was clean, the staff was friendly that was on site. I found the Rideau Mall in walking distance. We had Uber Eats deliver to us multiple times and never any issues with them dropping food off and it was always super quick! 10/10 for the stay. We stayed Thursday-Monday and the lockers in the hotel for luggage storage was a FANTASTIC option.

Hotel, is very central to main sites of interest. Our queen room was well porpotioned, with lovely kitchenette, with a table we could use to eat out meals at. Also had filter coffee machine with nice tasting coffee provided. Had a half size dishwasher, which we used, detergent provided by hotel. Icing on the cake was the laundry room in basement which had 8 washing machines and tumble dryers all free to use and again washing capsules provided. Would definitely use this hotel chain again.

Located within walking distance of major Ottawa attractions. However, somewhat complicated pre-registration process. You must create an online account, and upload photos of passport or other government issued identification. You must create a password. A code is emailed to you for access to your building and unit. Parking is not available at the building.

The property is fine. The area directly around is a bit dull and ugly but there are nice areas nearby. The room was a good size and decently equipped, although there was no knife. The main thing that I didn't like is that check in time is quite late (4:00, I think 3:00 is more the norm) and there is a steep junk fee you have to pay to check in early. Felt that was a bit much.

This hotel is located in two different buildings. The distance between two buildings is approximately 10 minutes driving. One building is equipped with parking, the other has no parking space. Before my trip, I booked a room and informed hotel that I would drive and need the convenient parking. However, when I checked in the hotel, I realized that my room was in the building without parking. Then I had to to walk between the building s with my luggages, while raining. Not a pleasant experience for me.
