The restaurants serve very good meals. However hotel service wasn't great when responding to some issues with the room. Hotel condition inside the building looked quite old compared to other hotels in the area.

They ran out of space and demoted me to a much smaller room than i had paid for, and then refused to give me a refund for the extra cost i had paid for the deluxe room. I had also paid extra for a late checkout time, and I had to call twice in the morning to remind them of that because i had staff banging on my door well before the checkout time i had paid for. Property was very nice but those issues kindof ruined the experience.

I asked for a wake up call at 8:15 and I received it at 8:59… The alarm clock rang at 6:05 si I thought it was my wake up call. It was so cold in the room. The breakfast was very good
