"The bath was really clean and nice. They have washer and dryer (2 of them for the whole hotel) but better than none. I’d like towel service in the bath area so you don’t have to bring your towels from your room since I forgot to bring them multiple times during my stay. "Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin is a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station, so the location is really convenient and good. The staff is also very friendly, and since there are many Korean guests, there are staff who can speak Korean. The room size is small, but clean, and there is enough space to fully open the suitcase. The bathroom is also very clean. If I come to Fukuoka again, I would like to stay at this hotel again."

"This was a comfortable stay and the breakfast was ok but as one not familiar with Japanese breakfast it was a bit annoying that some less Japanese options were not restocked when they ran out. Still it was an appreciated benefit. The bed was suitably comfortable as compared to some other Japanese beds. While the room was small it was a very functional room. Also it is about 5 min walk from Hakata station and this is very useful. Self check in seemed odd since there were still many staff."
