Otari Ski Hotel

"The property is not safe during COVID-19. It requires half-board, and continues to serve its meals indoors, via a buffet. Yes, they include disinfectant at the tables and provide people with plastic hand-coverings, but numerous studies show this is not enough and buffets are some of the most dangerous venues to contract COVID. "This pension in a ski in ski out near bottom of Tsugaike kogen ski resort so I gave 10 out of 10 on location and their dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent!! Also a 10 out of 10 on service as the owner of pension picked us up and dropped us off the bus station, even gave us a ride to ski rental and brought our shoes back. I lost my Mobile phone battery charger on the slope and they helped me to call and got back from lost and found! I am very impressed with their personal warm service....

"We had a great time at the hotel and being able to ski straight on to the ski fields. As a family if 5 being able to share one large room was great for the budget and the staff were always accommodating of our requests. Would definitely come back."
