"A well located hotel close to the Royal Palace. It was modern with a range of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast - lots of choice & good quality food - there was something for every taste or preference. Most staff were friendly & helpful, with the exception of one member of reception staff, who was highly inconvenienced when we asked for a fresh glass in reception so we could take a drink of water to our room - he said it was too late to get fresh glasses (at 9pm in the evening). "This hotel is very well-appointed with a helpful staff. The problem (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) is that it is like 2 hotels. The first night my room faced a major turnaround that has the constant (all night) noise of trams - it has a turnaround for them in addition to being along tram lines. If you want a quiet place to street you need to ask NOT to face this street. After a sleepless night I asked to change rooms and was put in a very quiet room facing the courtyard. "This was a terrific place to stay. Very close to the local shops, market, and Central Train Station. After you find easy route from train station it is a short walk-we missed it getting there the first time and were late to check in but our host helped us when we finally did get there. One decent set of stairs outside you must go up but inside has a lift. Beds/Sofa sleepers were comfy and apartment was just as stated in its description. Has key that is to outside gate and to apartment building...
