"Well located hotel right in front of the Otaru train station. Service is best in class. Onsen offers variety of choices including outdoors and indoors. 9 to 11 pm offers free ramen and ice cream. In the morning it offers free yogurt drink and welcome snacks. Little things add up to an unforgettable experience. My wife and daughter enjoy the stay very much. Also, it is 3 minute walk from fish market with lots of fresh seafood options. The whole town with many landmarks, museums, shops and restaurants, this is the ultimate #1 first stop in Hokkaido. "2nd stay in this hotel. Last year stayed in the tatami room and this year stayed in the normal room. It is a smoke free hotel but they do have a designated smoking room at ground floor. Walking distance from JR station and canal."
