"The facility was clean, beautiful, and spacious, and the service was nice. The food was great, too. The swimming pool and the bath was ok. The only complaint we have was the you had to walk outside walkway to access our room from the elevator and it was very cold. "

"We arrived too early to check in but the staff who was there on the morning of 2/11 was so helpful in getting us situated with lockers to store our luggage until check-in time. We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."

"Fantastic hotel service, large rooms with facilities and in hotel dining options. Great place for kids and situated by the beach with a pool and a walking garden path. Only downside is the area, lacking food options if you do not wish to dine in. However should not be judged based on that. Kawazu is just only 2 minutes away."
