"Excellent stay!!! We were very comfortable with our room, extremely clean, room size was big enough compare to other hotel in Japan where we stayed. Very quiet hotel. Let’s talk about the location— - - right next to the metro station 2stop to Namba station. Which is the best part, we don’t have to walk much to get to the metro.. Also, next to FamilyMart... Amazing!!!!! Another best part of this hotel is the Onsen. Affordable hotel with Onsen. I will stay here again when I come back to Osaka....

"Loved our stay at Excel Osaka. This hotel is located on the main shopping street similar to 5th Ave in NYC. Walk to Daimaru, Parco and Dotonbori. "A fantastic experience! The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing, amazing after a long day of exploring. Room was incredibly clean and the bedding was so comfortable. The room was small, which was expected, but it was just enough space. It's walkable to the nearest station and local restaurants, very convenient. The onsen was one of my favourite aspects; the facility was always clean. I loved staying here and would consider staying here again in the future."

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...
