"Real fine hotel with nostalgic feeling, the way it is built was noticeable, and close walk to baseball park. the staff was very nice . We had zero problems plenty of fresh linen and good breakfast, we stayed an extra day."

"The room was amazing - clean, fun design, big bathroom, no carpet (LOVED this). The bed was very comfy. Huge shower. No covered parking or monitored parking lot is the only negative."

"Very limited breakfast: cereal with hand scooped portions, open container milk and juice, no hot or even warm items to eat. Stained and cracked bathtub so I would not bathe here. Slippery bathtub, but there was a handle. It smelled clean. "

"My itinerary involved a late check in (after 10pm) & early check out (before 5:30am) en route to Cedar Rapids. Most of the check in process was completed ahead of my stay. Once I arrived the rest of the check in was seamless and took less than 5 minutes with the clerk. The clerk was not too friendly but she did her job & answered all my questions. The property parking lot was well lit. The facilities were quiet and clean. I tend to be restless when not in my own bed at home but the beds, pillows & linens here were so comfy. I definitely would stay here again. "
