"My husband & I and two other couples stayed at Penelope Home for 5 nights. The home is located about halfway between the 2 airports on Crete. (About an hour each direction) We liked the central location and enjoyed hikes, caves, the beach and other activities. The suggestions for restaurants and bakeries by our host were spot on. The host also handled our transfers which was very much appreciated."

"2 weeks in this glorious villa, Maria and family came a few times to clean and change beds, they were very welcoming and lovely. Pool was lovely temperature and clean. Car is essential as location is a little remote (not a bad thing). Beds are very firm but didn’t affect us. Simply glorious."
