I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The room was quiet and clean, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I loved that there were plenty of activities to enjoy on-site, and the free breakfast was a great bonus. However, the lighting in the room could have been brighter, and the internet was slower than expected. Paying for parking felt a bit unnecessary—kind of like paying for luggage on a plane; it feels like it should just be included. Overall, still a good experience, and I’d consider staying again.

Decent hotel. Centrally located between parks. Good room size adn had fully equiped small kitchen. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to parks was handy but only single shuttle times to Universal which made return planning a bit tricky. A number of restaurants in plaza about 15min walk

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful place, it’s kept really clean and tidy. My only dislike was getting charged to park in their parking lot, almost as much as the theme parks, $26 daily is way too much.
