Very disappointed
No washing machine for our 6 weeks stay, even tho we contacted them at least a dozen time! tex, phone-said they appreciated our patience and would get it done asap-never happened! 2 broken lamps-not working, dirty rugs and floors, black mold around toilet and bathtub, o storage for food in kitchen, broken doorbell, 8 signs for management company Master but managed by Vacasa! broken shelves in master closet, no vacuum, no dishcloths or baking pan, broken ice maker for first 3+weeks, stained sofa and love seat, dirty windows and blinds, broken hook at entrance, no recycling!!. Will never rent accommodation managed by Vacasa again. Great pool and local staff
