From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running!

Located 10 minutes from disney world and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, 30 seat cinema, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi . There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as mcdonalds, chili’s, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and walgreen’s drug store.

This condo has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (Year 2020). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 32 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 32 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 50 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.
Why rent a cramped hotel room when you can rent your own personal condominium? The unit is completely renovated and sleeps up to 6 people, with in suite laundry. Be one of the first to rent out our beautiful condo.

Nice floor plan; floors were dirty, which was interesting because shoes are not allowed in the condo; no garbage disposal; clogged kitchen sink; dryer did not work correctly (the gentleman I spoke to about the dryer was responsive and helpful); stating ‘recently renovated’ is false advertising … that’s on VRBO.

No phone signal in the unit!

Verizon does not work in this unit. So I spent the week sitting in my car or at Starbucks conducting business. The host blamed Verizon or my phone. I took an hour of time to go to Verizon to get my brand new iPhone reset. Still no signal. I stayed for a week between residences so had lots of calls to make. This was a horrible stay because of the phone situation. Beware!

Easy stay, exactly as described

This was a perfect place to stay for our purpose. Close to our family for a quick visit including our dog. Very clean, safe, everything we needed for our short stay. Very convenient to shopping and eating. Exactly as described and pictured. Communication with host was timely and well done. Would stay again.

The property is in great conditions, the neighborhood is quiet and the pool is great. There is a cafe in the pool where you can order food and drinks. The place to be

Great experience, great location, wonderful pool. We have stayed in several different units at Tuscana and this one was the cleanest one that we have ever had. My wife and I left it as when we left today. But I would recommend this place to anyone with or without a family Who wants a central location with plenty of good food, entertainment proximity to Disney and Universall.

Beautiful place on a great location

This place was great the unit was clean and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer the pool and hot tub was great. They had everything in there we needed did not have to bring anything they even had beach towels. It is very big unit and I would stay here again thanks

Five days in Davenport

By and large the unit was very clean. Because the grounds keeping staff don't keep the walkways between the units clean, it's extremely easy to track in debris. The A/C's filter was extremely dirty but there were new ones available to replace it with. The sliding door to the screened in porch doesn't positively lock. When more supplies were requested the person taking care of us was very responsive.

Perfect place and location for golfers and Disney visitors

Very clean condo. Check-in was easy. Appliances worked fine. Equipped with plates, glasses, etc. Looks recently renovated. Great location: Restaurants, Ale House, pharmacy, grocery, all very close. Not too far from Disney but take the back roads. I-4 traffic is bad. Swimming pool is impressive. Big pool with nicely kept grounds. Plenty of seating. They allow floats. Disappointed that the pool bar is closed "temporarily." Things to be aware of: The property is located in a complex of multiple four-story buildings. Not very scenic. Right outside the lanai (not pictured in ad) are four large a/c units. The floorplan of the MBR is a little unusual. It has a large walk-in closet. Just one sink but the counter space is large enough for two people. The bathroom has 2 doors: one opens to the MBR and one to the living area. The bath has a full tub. You have to step over the tub to shower which could be an issue for anyone with limited mobility. Towels were just ok. The guest room is private and spacious with a nice bathroom. Beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The wifi was excellent but cell phone reception was poor. We frequently had to walk outside to get a signal. It also would've been helpful to have a night light for the living area. Communication with the owners was excellent. Be advised there is a "no shoes" policy which wasn't a problem. Check-in was smooth. Condo is a little small but fine for 2-4 people. I would stay here again.

Home Away From Home

Communication with the host was great! Our family loved having a place to call home while visiting Universal Studios. It was clean and stocked with supplies to get us started. We liked that it was on the first floor. We liked that it was in a gated community and a security guard was present at night. The pool was awesome! Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much! The only downside was traffic while traveling to Univeral. It could be due to construction going on.
