Awesome
I stayed here April 21-25, 2024 with my man. It was very clean and comfortable stay and a HUGE house. I will definitely stay here again and it was close to ALL the parks, restaurants and shopping.

Family vacation
We spent a lovely week at this property. We always stay in this neighborhood on our family vacations, so am familiar with the area. The kitchen was well stocked, including a few extras. Would definitely choose this house again.

Perfect for a family vacation!
We had the best time staying here! The property was clean, had everything we needed for our kids of every age, and it was the perfect distance to drive to a Disney park each day. The home is the perfect size for a large group (we had a group of 7 but several more could comfortably fit), and the amenities were just perfect. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back again!

wonderfull place to stay in. Check in process one of the easiest i have ever gotten.For accuracy what you see is what you get it is even better than in the pictures.. Location for us was great 14 minutes to disney. property manager we had a little hicup but life is never perfect. Owners even phoned us to make sure if we needed anything,that was very considerate.Cleaniles was very good the only reason i am giving this a 3 star is that lets just say a pest control cie needs to come and spray inside the house. overall yes I would come back and the pool was great.

Family Disney Vacation
10 of us were able to enjoy this property with room to spare. Every family had their own bathroom which was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, HUGE PLUS! The living area was very comfortable and spacious for all to come together. The kids LOVED the pool!

This house was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Mrs sheila made sure we were well accommodated. Alarm system was great. One of the best houses I've ever stayed in. Will definitely recommend and will be back.

100% recommended- perfect location- tons of amenities
It’s far surpassed what I had hoped. Our family (18-57) celebrated our son’s 21st birthday over a long weekend. The house is so close to Epcot, Disney Springs and even a great spot for axe throwing. Table seats eight which fit us perfectly. Kitchen was jammed with the necessities, washer dryer was a plus, the bed situation was phenomenal and I searched for weeks looking. Highly recommended. We didn’t need to speak to the owners because he communicated with us with everything we needed without being prompted. They even left a great book of acclimating to the house and the neighborhood. Hotels are nothing compared to the memories shared under on roof.

I would definitely come back to this home! The place was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Absolutely amazing!
This property is absolutely beautiful. Everything was cleaned and organized. All features posted in description was on hand. Large, comfortable home close to Disney
We stayed here with five children and four adults and had plenty of room. The house is very spacious, boasting THREE master suites as well as two children's rooms; the four bathrooms were ideal for getting ready in the mornings. There was plenty of seating in the living room and eating areas. We all agreed it was an easy drive to Disney (about 10-15 minutes) and a plus for us was that there's a Walmart not far away. Would definitely stay here again next time!! Owners are very quick to respond to any inquiries.

This was our 1st family vacation and want to thank Howard and Sheila for allowing us to stay in you BEAUTIFUL home. This home is close to all shopping centers and parks. We was able to go to the parks early. Come back rest and go back to the parks for the night shows. I will definitely be staying at this villa again. Thank you guys for coming out to greet us. Looking to seeing you guys next year.

Excellent Stay
Great folks to work with, house was more then adequate for 3 families totaling 6 adults and 4 small children. Pool was blessing for the kids after day at the parks. Convenient location. Would go again as these folks have been a pleasure, excellent communication. If there was a negative take away, I would say be cautious and don't block the sidewalk, even if your parked in the driveway. Enjoy.

Home away from home!
What can we say? The moment we walked through the door with our 7- and 11-year old sons, we decided we did not want to leave Florida! Just steps away from Disney and Universal, tons of shopping and restaurants- this home is in the BEST location! This home is clean, modern and so functional for a large or small family. With an enclosed pool, pool table, games and cable TV...there were days we just enjoyed being at home! We definitely felt at home here!!
