Stay with friends
For a group of 6 friends the home was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean and contained absolutely everything you could want for an enjoyable stay All the bedrooms were spacious with on suite facilities and very comfortable large beds. The outside area was also great, with a nice clean pool and plenty of space for everyone to chill out. The only thing that we thought was missing was an information book providing details about the home, estate and surrounding area, we all agr d that this would have been useful Overall We would definitely recommend the home to others, and as a side note we found the neighbour to be approachable and helpful so don’t let previous comments put you off

This house exceeded expectations. Very clean, beautiful, spacious, and well stocked with kitchen essentials and pool floatation/toys. We did have a complaint from neighbor next door but PLEASE DO NOT let that deter you from renting. According to security he complains about everyone and it was not an issue nor did it stop us from having fun outside. Definitely will rent again in future.

Spacious House With Excellent Property Managers
Everything listed was true. This home was a gem. So much space for 7 people that you never had to worry about being on top of each other. Pool was perfect as well as backyard for grilling. Every amenity you could ever need is there. Different types of cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. And the property manager - excellent communication. By far the best I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property and very spacious inside. The driveway was a lot smaller than what’s pictured online. Could have been cleaner inside (dusty, carpet dirty, MR comforters seemed dirty). Gave an overall rating of 4 because the family enjoyed the amenities inside home a lot, and property management always responded immediately with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for large family stay.

Great Family Destination
This property is so clean and very well equipped…especially the kitchen. Many extra towels. Loved the location. We had a wonderful time. Couple things…could use some extra pillow cases Paid to have pool and hot tub heated and neither were warm nor hot tub temperatures Also neighbor called the police on us and when I say we were a family with a speaker sitting by the pool that were laughing not screaming or swearing and it was 2 pm in the afternoon…not cool

Good property, probably better suited for family or friends. Not all the rooms have bathrooms. Logistically with co workers we made it work. Quiet street, property management was attentive and took care of minimal issues that arose.

Family Disney Trip
Fantastic home ! Very spacious, clean well equipped. Great communication with owner. Fantastic location. Will definitely stay here again. Family loved the home can’t express how well maintained and equipped it was. We loved the game room , all the games and tons of pool toys for the kids. No complaints 5 stars ! Only issue we had day 1 was our 5 year old was excited swimming in pool at 7:30 pm making moderate 5 year old noise neighbor next door yelled to keep it down at 7:30 pm called security . It was a bit ridiculous. After that we were incredibly mindful of any noise but felt like we weren’t letting kids be kids . We respected and understood her concerns but this was a family vacation and we weren’t unruly or disrespectful. Overall the property is amazing and highly recommended

Beautiful house
Beautiful house, great quiet location in gated community. Checkin isn’t until 4pm which is extremely late for most flights come in before noon. Emailed and called management company when we got to the house and asked if we could for a early checkin fee but they said it wasn’t ready so we waited outside the house for 1 and 1/2 hours before they let us in. The house was completely ready as nobody else showed up to clean or anything the entire time we sat and waited. The door code was activated at 4pm so they easily could have let us in early.

Good location, nice big place
Everything went reasonably well, place is big and spacious, looks a bit tired in places but we enjoyed all of the facilities, particularly the pool area, table tennis and pool table.

This house was awesome! Very clean , and spacious. Loved the layout of the home. We had a family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked, with cooking essentials. Lots of eating space. We loved that there were plenty of games….arcade and board, to keep the kids busy! The community was vey nice. Lots of luxury high end homes. A few things were damaged when we got there, and I reported it to the property manager. We had issues with ants, but the exterminator came the next day and was very friendly. Also had issues with lights and plugs not working in 2 of the bed rooms. We called to report and the came the same day. However, the went back out. Things to know: If you are staying more than a couple of days, you will need to purchase things like dishing detergent and laundry detergent, toilet tissues, trash bags. There is a card for access to the community pools. One was within walking distance to the house. Not sure where the other pools were. Would have been nice to have a map of the property. There is a bathroom with storage closet outside near the pool area. The putt putt golf tools and pool floats were stored here. Overall we were well pleased! Would definitely stay here again.

Memorial Day Week
The house is lovely, and really is perfect for a family vacation; however, there were a few problems. The electric breaker for two of the bedrooms kept tripping, and would have to be reset. It was NOT tripping when we were using hairdryers, etc, but just seemed to trip at some point every day. When this happened, daily, there was no air conditioning in those rooms. They sent an electrician out,but he did not fix the problem. He tried, but it didn’t help. Also, there is a nice pool on the back, but when we tried to sit outside and enjoy it as a family, the people next door complained that we were too loud. We were honestly making a modest amount of noise. We had a two year old and a ten year old. They were making normal, kids-playing-in-a-pool noise. We weren’t playing music or hollering, so all of us felt that was a problem. And it wasn’t late at night. It was in the late afternoon. And they complained three days in a row, once calling the security guard who told us that he didn’t hear anything but normal kids playing in a pool. Once they just yelled loudly over the fence at our kids. These issues were disappointing and definitely need to be addressed. I do also think that you shouldn’t have to pay extra for the water in a hot tub to be warm. Just my opinion. Other than these issues, we had a nice stay! The house is very nice, even if a bit misleading in size, as it appears in the pictures!

We selected the property due to the privacy and amenities. The things that worked were great, but several items were in disrepair. The electricity for two rooms worked for only a couple hours during our week. The downstairs AC didn’t seem to be cooling and then failed altogether. I left messages several times but never received replies. Then they did attempt to repair the electric but it failed soon after they left. Other small things, such as a broken chair, underpowered grill, non-working skeeball, sketchy putting surface were further detractors from the property. For the money spent my expectations are certainly a bit higher than what we experienced.

Excellent property, lots to do for all ages
We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups with the maintenance of the property, and no book to tell us how to operate things, what the wifi password was, etc. we let the management company know all the issues and they put in a work order to hopefully resolve them before the next guests arrive. All in all a great stay.

This property was amazing! The rental process was super easy and the contact manager always responded to any questions we had. Great space for families or a large group of friends! Amazing home!
Every year my family of 5 head to Reunion Resort for the summer. This vacation home is our favorite! The house was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The property manager was always available to assist us with any questions we had. My family enjoyed all of the amenities in the home. It was very relaxing and we all had the best time! The kids loved the pool and all the pool toys that were provided with the home. My favorite part about the home is the privacy when poolside or out on the balcony. The home is huge and very comfortable. I can’t wait for my family to return next summer!

Overall beautiful home. Lots to keep busy. Cleaning crew is lacking; dead bugs along baseboards, upstairs master tub still had hair and soap scum from previous renters. There was some damaged furniture; the bed was fixed during our stay. Kitchen faucet barely any pressure with sporadic hot water. Pool was great and nice outdoor space for all to enjoy. A lot of dust throughout including baseboards, ceiling fans and central air vents.

Wonderful home for a family reunion
Fantastic spacious home for multi generational family reunion! 3 king beds included with one on first floor perfect for the grandparents! House outfitted with all sorts of games—Pac-Man, pool table, air hockey, ping pong, skeeball, video etc for fun for all ages. Heated pool and putting green are the best! Excellent location too!

We liked the house and its location. It was as represented and was a good space for our family. We were disappointed to find out that the house is not a member of Reunion Resort (although located there) and thus did not have access to the neighborhood pools, water park, golf and tennis. Why be in a resort with no access? Also, the cushions on the outdoor dining table were strained and very unappealing.

Perfect getaway for our family
The property is exactly as advertised. The ceilings are high throughout the house giving it an even more spacious feel. All of the amenities are there to make it easy to stay on site. We had a glitch with hot water and management was on it quickly and it was addressed and resolved rapidly. The place was very clean. We will be back. Great experience thank you!
