Terrible unit & awful customer experience
You false advertised on the amenities in your unit description. Your unit was dirty, smelly and falling apart. The children’s bunk beds were a safety hazard, the counters were sticky, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, the door lock was busted like there had been a break-in and this booking was not worthy of our stay. Very very disappointed in how your customer service reps and managers conducted themselves after our concerns were escalated as well. Our entire experience and conversations should be investigated by you. owners.
