I recently stayed at this hotel for the fourth time, and unfortunately, it will be my last. While the rooms are spacious and well-maintained by housekeeping when they do come, there were several issues that significantly impacted my stay. The biggest problem was the unexpected parking fee of $27 per night, which added an extra $178 to my total bill. I’ve never had to pay for parking at this hotel before, and if I had known about this cost upfront, I would have chosen another place to stay. Additionally, the room itself could use some updates, as the carpet and walls had noticeable stains. The shower pressure was also very weak, making it difficult to feel clean after a long day at the theme parks or the beach. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, which is too early, especially when you’re on vacation and want to sleep in. I also had trouble getting extra towels when needed, and housekeeping only came every other day, which feels like a cheap way out considering the cost of the stay. To make matters worse, some of the silverware was dirty. Given these issues, particularly the added parking fees and limited housekeeping service, I won’t be returning to this hotel.
